solar power plant arizona

We recently had solar panels installed on the roof. Living in sunny Arizona, it seems a waste not to have the sun to work for you. With the new tax incentives, my spouse, CB and I decided to take action. Beginning in March, which were connected to the power grid of Salt River Project. Last month, we have generated excess enough electricity to receive credit for energy (we have more electricity than is used). Of course not have to use the air conditioning until a few days, so I can not see an energy credit until things cool down, but at least our bills will be much smaller.

One of the interesting things about that the system is two meters that work like a bank account. One shows when the system is making energy (our gross). The other shows or not we are generating sufficient energy on our own, or whether or not we have to rely on our backup system (our network). When generating more than they use, a small dial that rotates counterclockwise. I love to go out and see the puppy that ran in reverse. Singing a song for the melody of my song of war high school ', Westwood Go Go ".

Go go solar

The sun is shining and the light is adequate to feed

Go go solar

Our spirits high, not going to fry, we're on our way.

Go go solar.

Our hearts True Blue and green forever.

Forward please roooooolllll,

Oh goooo powerful solar panels, go!

Well, maybe it's a bit corny, but it makes me laugh. And yes, make up silly songs to a lot of things. When my children were small I had to pick songs to encourage their clothes, find the hairbrush (affectionately called with weeds), making they eat their vegetables (especially greens) and do not pick their noses (also green, but let's not go there). Now that I am a grandmother, I am making new songs to my granddaughter, Rosannah. Many songs are recycled I did for my children. And yes, I remember. And sometimes sing.

Curiously, I attended a Buddhist meeting the other day. Via satellite, the leader of the organization, Daisako Ikeda, spoke about the importance of singing. We have songs about love, peace, go into battle calm a fussy baby – any number of things. But for some reason, when many of us get older, do not sing. Some say they do not have much to sing. Of course I disagree.

Singing is an interesting release for emotions. You can ease our hearts, make us laugh and bring a tear. Because I am a writer, I write lyrics just seem silly fun. I remember one year we received a notice of our Homeowners Association to eliminate our bad herbs or face a fine. The "weeds" were actually wild flowers. CB was distressed by the announcement that we were very excited about wildflowers that we have this spring. Each outbreak was a celebration in the eyes of CB. I married a real nature lover who sees every tree, every plant and flower as a gift.

That was three years ago. Now, during the spring, our house is known as the "house of Lupine." Many neighbors tell us who enjoy the natural beauty of wild flowers that reflect the county park in our development. Lupine Our song will never be nominated for a Grammy. I doubt nobody ever ask me to sing a song (except maybe my grandchildren). But a heart full of song can go a long way in lifting the spirits of one. And that alone is worth singing about.
