In Georgia, you need power to be installed in a home before it can be considered habitable?
According to the State (Code) guidelines, I wonder if possible complete the construction of a house …. that is for each party where they finally approaved habitable without the installation of power. I'm thinking time in going solar, but now the power plant could simply be an obstacle to get over.
