Would apply for a construction company in a house with solar panels?
I am doing a research on construction energy efficient homes in New Jersey. In a recent article I read: "For solar, the residents of New Jersey could save almost half the cost of installing solar panels on their homes through the plan. outlined by the stimulus package, there is a credit of 30 percent of tax or subsidy which is available for anyone who installs solar panels to the end of 2010. Does anyone know if this would apply to a company building a house with solar panels? In other words, households, if a company built that come with solar panels installed arleady could receive money from the Gov't … credit prosecutor (or, I'm not really sure what's right) Thank you and please list sources if you have any
This is an individual incentive. The benefit of a company is that are paid to add this value to the house resulting in increased revenues. It can be applied to a new home buyer purchasing a new solar panel-equipped home, but this is not clear.
