Do any of the commonly advertised DIY PV solar panels work? Many say that for $ 200.00. you can make one.?
My husband and I wanted to build a solar (PV) on our small farm to learn the basics. We do not want to pay thousands of dollars to buy a panel that may be obsolete in a few years. The home versions sound good to be true. They are just scams?

And if anyone can make a panel home for $ 200, with modern manufacturing techniques, not a commercial one is almost the same price? If you decide to go for it, make sure using a real credit card to buy, so you can roll the funds through your credit card company if not satisfied. Reviews on the sites that are independent of the product claim that these companies do not honor their guarantees.
