solar energy education programs

What help is available? 10 points for a scholarship?
I'm trying to start a solar plug on the program for my school vehicle large enough to bring a person. I have 6 teachers but to help find a grant is a big problem. I heard that a grant of engineering could work or even an education grant a subsidy of green energy. My school is one of the best technologies in middle schools in us and a local university has some necessary parts. This vehicle can be recharged simply by being in the sun for a day or plugged into the wall. We need a subsidy of between 1500 a $ 4000 to launch this program. Please add a link to the website of grants, if possible
Your best bet is to seek private donations or grants private foundations. The best resource for this is the Foundation Center http://www.fdncenter.org. They have a very good database covering all organizations in the grant grants and foundations can be found who are interested in supporting the type of case. However, it is a web-based subscription ($ 19.95 per month I think it is more cheaper than the subscription price). But it is certainly worth the fee. You can subscribe to a month, and be sure to get all the information you need and leave the subscription. If you want to try federal sources, you can go to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) and http://www.cfda.gov Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov – it is two sites created by the federal government to ensure transparency and information on grants. CFDA has several ways to search for grants. I suggest that the Search by beneficiary and select Private Non Profit Organization and you can find listings of scholarships available http://12.46.245.173/pls/portal30/CATALOG.BROWSE_BENEF_RPT.show However, being able to obtain the award of grants, must be 501c (3) certified by the IRS http://www.irs.gov/charities/charitable/index.html
