How much it costs to produce 10% of the schools of solar electricity?
Why not adapt a school with energy solar to produce about 10% of its electricity. and pay that savings Gov't until it is paid at the time from that point of recovery of the budget savings going to schools. I think most schools would have to pay back before the proportion of ten years. mainly due to 5 days a week and many schools still are not doing the year.
