non renewable energy global warming

No. It would help the Earth much lower population, but the global warming problem is complex. Even if suddenly there are people on earth, warming overall would not be a problem and will take time to resolve. Solving global warming will require a concert of solutions. Unfortunately, what we have done will damage the ozone layer in the years to come.
For example, remember CFCs? That used to be in aerosols and other things. They have been banned for several years, but CFCs already released will damage the ozone layer for many decades. Particles are combined with high in our atmosphere, making our layer ineffective protection. So, even if it were possible for humans to stop further damage, the problems of global warming have yet to peak. So it is so important for each of us, both individually and as a global culture, to do everything possible now.
So having one child only not stop global warming problem, but the reduction of the population would certainly help the long term. Every human being occupies a space that used to be desert, not only our home and workplace and roads and sports stadiums and shopping malls, but we also need to be fed with crops and some of us eat meat, and much of the land used for agriculture and the meat used for forests. Forests, as the release of CO2 in the environment are a positive influence on global warming. The trees are what help keep our planet cool and mild weather.
Also, for life, to bring habitat for animals and contaminate the earth and seas. We are killing the abundant life on earth, no doubt.
After a recent World Summit, many governments committed to lowest non-renewable energy consumption nationwide. The UK has pledged to reduce its energy consumption by 20% in 2020. These efforts will help, but would be helpful if, in addition, each of us did our individual commitment to reduce our impact on earth. The global warming problem happened to a person both through our consumption and habits. To undo, we will each need to change our daily decisions.
Whatever you decide for yourself you. But as people who actually can have a significant impact on global warming … either the negative or the positive. Do not let off by the enormity of the problem has just begun. Most of us do something, the more people will join in!
