home solar panels perth
What is the power of the network 1.5kW solar panel system produces in a month?
Based on an average house in Perth, Australia during the winter. Need a rough estimate of how power is produced for a month ~ thank you.
Electrical energy is measured in watts or W. 1.5 KW is 1500 W. The Energy is what we pay and the power x time and is usually measured in kilowatt-hour solar panel draws power 1.5 KW which is probably a maximum value under conditions maximum sunlight. Its sunlight matters is not the outside temperature. The intensity of sunlight depends on the season both in Ecuador and about how you are. I would like think its quite strong even in the winter of Perth in Australia. If it was all the intensity of sunlight on a day that would, on average, the same as the sun shines Only 4 hours the maximum intensity sunlight. I'm not positive about that number. Then multiplying the values we get: (1.5 KW) (4 hours) (30 days) = 180 KW-hours in a month. If the utility company charged you 10 cents per kWh, then its value (0.1) (180) = $ 18 per month.
