How is that new houses are not built with solar panels?
With all this "Go Green!" nonsense in motion, it could think it would be better spend on building habits. Tankless water heaters, solar panels on roofs, compost heap areas in yards, homes WiFi broadband-ready meals, etc.
One would think, right? But such things that increase the price of new construction to be prohibitive. The change is slow, the need to lift your head. I dare say, need not wait.
