How I can go on the sale of land for solar or wind energy?
I own five hectares of land in a very sunny Colorado. The subdivision in which I have no land and no active HOA covenants that prevent me from putting as many solar panels and windmills, I can handle. How do I sell land for solar or wind or even get to go and just get a check every month?
coldfuse right. may there is no maintenance of the association, but would have to go through the planning commission. they are elected. and probably did not contribute largely to their campaigns last year.
