Do you think nuclear power plants actually produce "clean" energy?
If so, what do you consider the waste by product that everyone seems to think that part of Nevada?
The energy is clean, no doubt. Almost every major city in Europe has its own reactor energy production, and have not had any problems. The problems in the U.S. and Russia were caused by human error or greed by owners reactors. The problem of waste in the U.S. has been created by a law based on ignorance. The fuel rods can be recycled instead of buried. How do I use fuel rods, BI products are created and accumulate in the rods until the rod can no longer sustain a reaction. The spent rods can be shipped to South Carolina, where there are facilities that can remove products BI bars so they can be recycled. Cleaning rods can be returned to the reactor and continue to be used, instead of throwing them away and the production of new fuel rods. The laws of many states prohibit shipping fuel rods through these states. So instead of cleaning the fuel rods and reuse them, We sent to Nevada for burial. PS bars are actually pellets stacked one above the other so they look like a stick.
