How can I get energy?

Usually I'm lazy and tired all the time, but for that next week the need for cleaning Packing and just work work work need lots of energy (but in a natural way) any advice? nothing i can prepare at home?

The first thing is make sure you are getting enough sleep. 7 hours each night (or close to it). A regular exercise routine (even if only 20 minutes a day) will help to give your body energy during the day. In addition, a multi-vitamin in the morning, especially one with a good vitamin B, will give you natural energy that you want. Good luck packing / moving. :-)
