General Motors Corp. and its joint ventures in China showed a record number of vehicles GMC truck parts and GMC truck accessories earlier this week at the Auto Shanghai 2007.
Both products of the GMC and its China joint ventures were introduced by GM Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner.
The 41 vehicles GM represents a series of production, concept and clean energy products. All six brands offered by the GM family in China are represented on their 4,500 square meters Stand in the leading auto show in China this year.
The Buick Riviera coupe is a stunning contribution to the overall design of GM's Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center (PATAC) in Shanghai and GM's Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center (PATAC) Automotive engineering and design joint venture in the same city. It was created to show the new global design direction for Buick in an elegant concept car east and west. It also marks the return of a popular board Buick features after eight years to stop production.
Appearing on the GM stand are the Chevrolet Camaro sports car, racing car WTCC Chevrolet and Cadillac Cien sedan, and other luxury vehicles in style.
GM and its joint ventures are also showing a variety of products currently or soon to be offered in China. One is the new Buick. Top of the brand-of-the-line model, luxury sedan, Buick Park Avenue is still Fresh from its global debut in Shanghai on April 10. The programming of the brand also includes Shanghai GM's best selling model, the Excelle, and the ever popular executive Buick GL8 wagons, and the hot-selling Buick LaCrosse premium sedan.

The Hong Tu minivan represents the Wuling brand mini-vehicles SAIC-GM-Wuling. Also is making its first appearance at the Shanghai Motor Show. There is also the Sunshine minivan, the GM family in China the most popular model.
Chevrolet has on display a range of cars starting with mini-k the car is the Chevrolet Spar and go all the way to the new Chevrolet Epica intermediate sedan which went on sale across China from March. Also included are the standard versions of the sedan and sporty Chevrolet Aveo and Chevrolet's popular sedan Lova compact.
GM's latest achievement in fuel cell technology and electric appear in the next version of the E-Flex electric. This second variant of the E-Flex, which is probably a GMC truck part, shown for the first time in Shanghai new uses fifth-generation of GM's fuel cell propulsion technology and a lithium-ion battery. The system was shown for the first time in January at the IAA International Auto Show in Detroit in the Chevrolet Volt concept vehicle. This concept also appears on the GM stand.
Auto Shanghai 2007 began last April 22 and will run through April 28 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Vehicles from GM, Shanghai GM and SAIC-GM-Wuling shown on the GM stand in Hall E1.
