It seems too long for me. Our economy has collapsed by the time significant changes made. We need a short and long term plan. What a crock of BS He needs to work a platform to open the North Slope, Baltimore Canyon, offshore Florida and California following should be offered an award of billions of federal dollars to any that comes with an economical alternative to hydrocabon. This would reduce the influence of Middle East and the importance of -0 -, solve the problem of green house gas and drive economics as anything else. Obama is just an empty suit.
